@pan_ing._zuzin – Core and abs on fire today🔥🔥. Jus a daily selection of few different abs and core exercises. I usually do abs every time I workout.
Sometimes with weights, sometimes I do volume depending on how I feel. There is one think I can suggest or recommend for abs and core exercise what works for me.
I always start with abs and core as a warm up exercise.
If I want to cut and get some definition I do volume ( high reps ) intensity is (45sec work – 15 sec rest ) for 10-15 min always different selection of exercises. (4 times a week)
At least once a week I use weights.
Today I added some weights to my workout so intensity was (15sec work-45sec rest). Usually do weights exercises once a week.
Focusing on moves where I can hold the weight in a position under tension for couple sec (isometric exercise) to build up a strength.
Also very important is to avoid using belt when you exercise.
